By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Introduction
The Sakeenah Summit (formerly healthy Muslimah Summit) Website and Platform provides access to past event content from the Healthy Muslimah and Sakeenah Summits, between 2017 and 2022. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features or content.
Eligibility
The Summit services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using these services, you agree that you meet this age requirement.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Definition of Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access refers to access for the lifetime of the platform hosting the summit materials. This does not imply perpetual access (lifetime of the attendee) but rather access for as long as the platform remains operational and financially sustainable.
Platform Closure Date
The Sakeenah Summit (formerly the Healthy Muslimah Summit) will remain available until December 31, 2025. After this date, the platform will be permanently closed, and access to all materials will end.
An Independent Initiative
Please note that the Healthy Muslimah Summit/Sakeenah Summit was an independent initiative. Finding Sakeenah is currently covering the annual costs to keep the summit talks accessible for attendees.
Content Usage
During the access period, users may view and utilize the summit materials for personal enrichment only. Sharing or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.
All content provided on the Healthy Muslimah Summit and Sakeenah Summit platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the respective summit organizers or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
Access Limitations
Technical or financial constraints may require the platform to undergo changes, including modifications to the format or delivery method of the content.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Notice Period
Users will be notified by broadcast in February 2025, well in advance of the platform’s closure to allow ample time for review and utilization of the materials. We appreciate your support and hope the extended access period provides significant value.
Limitation of Liability
The Healthy Muslimah Summit and Sakeenah Summit organizers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
